Dr. Adaeze Enekwechi is a healthcare executive and policy leader. She is CEO of Nadia Care (formerly Cayaba Care), a venture-backed company providing wraparound services that improve maternal and birth outcomes for vulnerable women and families. She also serves as an Operating Partner at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, advising healthcare investments on policy, regulatory, and payment strategy. Previously, Dr. Enekwechi served as President of IMPAQ International, leading the firm through its acquisition in 2020. Earlier in her career, she led Health Programs at the White House Office of Management and Budget under President Barack Obama, overseeing more than $1.6 trillion in federal healthcare spending across agencies including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She previously held leadership roles at Optum and Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute and serves on the boards of MedStar Health and Liberty Dental Plan.

He previously served as President and CEO of Myriad Genetics and Kindred Healthcare, a Fortune 500 provider, and has been widely recognized for his leadership in healthcare and biotech. Diaz holds a BS from the Kogod School of Business and a JD from Georgetown University.

Dan Mendelson
Dan Mendelson leads Morgan Health, a business unit of JPMorgan Chase focused on improving the quality, affordability, and equity of employer-sponsored healthcare. He previously founded and served as CEO of Avalere Health, was an Operating Partner at Welsh Carson, and held senior health policy roles at the White House Office of Management and Budget. Mendelson holds degrees from Oberlin College and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and serves on multiple healthcare boards and advisory councils.
