Please note: we cannot provide personal visa invitation letters to attendees looking to join from overseas. If you are concerned about your ability to join, please reach out to us at kogodgrad@american.edu. 

We’re pleased to offer hotel accommodations and travel reimbursements (up to $200) for those traveling from outside the DC metropolitan area. If you need a hotel or travel reimbursement, simply indicate this on your registration form and we’ll follow up with further details. Register by the March 10 priority deadline to guarantee your spot in our hotel block.

For local attendees, we’ll provide Lyft codes to make your visit easier.

Traveling to Discover Kogod 

Location

Discover Kogod will take place at the Kogod School of Business building at American University's main campus, located at 4400 Massachusetts Ave, NW Washington, DC 20016.

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations and travel stipends (up to $200) are available to those traveling from outside the DC metropolitan area. Please include a request for hotel accommodations and/or a travel stipend in your registration form or email us at kogodgrad@american.edu.

Transportation

We have Lyft codes available upon request for those joining locally, or campus can be reached by the DC Metro rail or bus. Please see more information on parking on-campus below. 

Parking

Parking is available in the garage under the Katzen Art Center and is free on weekends. The campus can also be reached by DC Metro rail and bus, or by the AU Shuttle Bus.
