Emma
Usich
Emma (Pratt) Usich is the co-founder of Girl Math Capital, a rapidly growing community designed to expand women’s access to alternative investing across angel, real estate, and crypto. She leads education, deal flow, content, and event strategy while actively investing in consumer brands and technologies such as Ghia, Vacation, Superpower, and Isle of Monday. Prior to building Girl Math Capital full-time, Emma worked in M&A and Strategic Finance at Uber and began her career in investment banking at Bank of America.

Ainslie
Serena Ainslie is the co-founder of Girl Math Capital, a rapidly growing community designed to expand women’s access to alternative investing across angel, real estate, and crypto. She leads continued education and community growth while actively investing across consumer, technology, and real estate. Serena is currently pursuing her MBA at The Wharton School, where she is focusing on entrepreneurship and venture investing. Prior to Wharton and building Girl Math Capital, she spent five years at EY, advising Fortune 500 companies on sustainability, growth strategy, and business transformation.
