Professor Lumsdaine attended the International Association for Applied Econometrics conference in Oslo, Norway, where she presented "The Economic Impact of Carbon Pricing" and "An NLP Approach to Analyzing Official COVID-19 Communication in the UK." Two additional papers of hers were also presented by coauthors at the conference - "Central Bank Mandates and the Financial Cycle: Through the Lens of Federal Reserve Speeches" and "Measuring and Forecasting US Inflation Using Twitter."
