Kogod’s Office of Career Engagement is one resource designed for students to access career networks, résumé development, interview practice, events, mentorship, and more. It gives current students and alumni an advantage when entering the workforce. “As a career coach, my happiest moments are when my students have clarity in their narratives—when they can research firms and offer a value-add to new employers,” says associate director of career and professional development, Kecia Hansard. “I am honored to partner with students on this journey, and I am excited to see a diversity of roles and companies pursued by our students."
