US News and World Report ranked The Kogod School of Business’s full-time MBA program as no. 76 overall for MBA programs in the US. This ranking is an eleven-spot jump from last year and one of the most significant improvements compared to our peers!

This ranking is a testament to Kogod’s commitment to providing students with opportunities to apply studies outside of the campus classroom and in the DC and global business arena. Once our graduates receive their diplomas, they are prepared to launch their careers with a degree and résumé which includes valuable, real-world experience.

In 2021, the average starting salary and signing bonus for Kogod's full-time MBA graduates was $117,417. This data ranks the Kogod School of Business at no. 48 in the US for full-time MBA program post-grad salaries.

Kogod’s Office of Career Engagement is one resource designed for students to access career networks, résumé development, interview practice, events, mentorship, and more. It gives current students and alumni an advantage when entering the workforce. “As a career coach, my happiest moments are when my students have clarity in their narratives—when they can research firms and offer a value-add to new employers,” says associate director of career and professional development, Kecia Hansard. “I am honored to partner with students on this journey, and I am excited to see a diversity of roles and companies pursued by our students."
