Taking place at the beginning of each Fall and Spring semester, this flagship event brings together leading employers and high-achieving students from across our undergraduate and graduate business programs for a day of purposeful connection and opportunity.

Kogod Coffee Chats provide an informal, conversation-based format for employers to connect with students one-on-one or in small groups. Employers have the flexibility to chat with students virtually or in person for 15-minute increments at a time that works for them. Students sign up for individual time slots, allowing for more meaningful conversations about career paths, company culture, and opportunities.
