This certificate is open to students with a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a US regionally accredited institution or a degree equivalent to a four-year U.S. baccalaureate degree from an international institution with a similar level of accreditation or recognition by its home country. Applicants must have a satisfactory grade point average.
