QS has ranked the Kogod School of Business’s online MBA as the no. 22 best online MBA in the world, the no. 8 best online MBA in the US, the no. 3 best class experience in the world, and the no. 8 program with the highest proportion of women worldwide.

These rankings can be credited to our rigorous courses, in-person immersion experiences, the expertise of our faculty, and the determination of our students and alumni. The Kogod School of Business prides itself on providing a world-class education to those looking to advance their careers and the flexibility that allows them to balance work and personal obligations outside the classroom.

“Our staff and faculty tirelessly work to innovate and perfect the tools and resources available to our online graduate students,” says Kogod dean, John Delaney. “We’re proud to see those efforts reflected in the success of our students.”

In addition to classes taught by our expert faculty and outstanding career support, students travel both domestically and abroad to experience business from a variety of perspectives. They also have the opportunity to join pro bono consulting projects for local DC organizations, working with teammates from across the university to implement real changes in real businesses.

Kogod’s emphasis on experiential learning provides students with practical knowledge they can apply both in the classroom and the workplace.

Five years, 1,500 students, and 46,000 credit hours later, we are proud to be one of the top online MBA programs worldwide and will continue our innovative approach to learning. Incorporating emerging technology into the curriculum, training faculty in best practices, and immersing students in hands-on experiences will remain pillars of the program.

“The success of our online MBA program demonstrates that what we are currently doing works, and we only plan to continue growing our resources, improving technology, and elevating the student experience,” says Dean Delaney.
