Professor Bruckner was featured in the article "The IRS delays a tax-reporting rule for peer-to-peer apps. Freelancers are relieved." She explained that while freelancers who use apps such as Venmo for their business transactions have another year to organize said transactions, this does not mean that they owe less in taxes.
