Bruckner is working with Barbara Robles, a former chief economist with the Federal Reserve in D.C., and Rhett Buttle, who runs the largest small business advocacy network in DC, to develop and deploy the survey to more than 450,000 small business owners in his network. The results will be the basis of the presentation at NTA, along with recommendations on how IRS, working with SBA, can improve tax literacy for small business owners.
Professor Bruckner's research, 'The Small Business Tax Literacy Project: Keys to Unlocking Small Business Capital and Compliance', was selected for presentation at the 115th Annual National Tax Association (NTA) meeting in Miami.
